Returns & Refunds
At ARIAS SUMMITEDGE SOLUTIONS, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

Used or damaged accessories

Clearance or final sale items

Gift cards

Customized or special-order products
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

If the return is due to our error (e.g., defective or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping.
4. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at:

5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

6. In-Store Returns
Items purchased in-store may also be returned to our physical location during business hours. Please bring your receipt and original packaging.
7. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet:

Contact your credit card company or bank (processing times vary).

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, contact us.
