  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and another notification when your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We offer several shipping options to meet your needs:

Local Pickup Same day (during store hours)

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location, carrier delays, or holidays.


3. Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order. Any applicable taxes or fees will also be shown before you complete your purchase.


4. In-Store Pickup (Louisville, KY)

We offer free local pickup at our store location:

Pickup is available during regular business hours. Please wait for an email confirmation that your order is ready before arriving.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this to monitor your shipment's status through the carrier’s website.


6. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently only ship within the United States.

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or internationally at this time.

  • Some oversized or high-value items may require additional handling time or delivery arrangements.


7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

While we take every precaution to ensure your package arrives safely, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your item is lost or arrives damaged:

  • We will assist with filing a claim or arranging a replacement, if eligible.
